Warranty

Each BCN bracelet is individually handmade. If an issue with your bracelet should happen to arise please reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to resolve it. 

We use tried and true adhesives for bonding our bracelet materials. It's unlikely but possible for adhesive to fail, in which case the leather can disconnect from the clasp. If this happens you can send your bracelet back to BCN for a no-charge repair. If for some reason we can’t repair the bracelet we will replace it with the same, or as close to possible model. Also rare but possible is that the magnet in your clasp becomes dislodged from the inside of the clasp.

Bracelets that have been abused will not be repaired or replaced under this warranty policy. Repair/replacement will be at our discretion, but we're super-reasonable... we simply have to state that to cover extreme cases of poorly cared for / abused bracelets.
